- We come look at the problem and hand you a flat number in writing before anything starts. Decide not to move forward and you owe nothing, including for the visit.

- Somebody at the yard reads this and rings you back, usually inside the hour during dispatch hours. There is no queue and no quote-bot.
- Nothing here is a booking
- Sending this does not lock a slot or a price. We talk first, you hear the number, and then you decide.
