Tankless Water Heater Installation
Tankless conversion including the gas line upsize, stainless venting, condensate routing, and an isolation valve kit for future flushes.

The unit is the easy part. A tankless heater wants more gas than a tank, so the honest quote includes whatever the gas line and venting need, and that is where the real cost sits.
We install isolation valves as standard. Without them the annual descale is a much bigger job, and the descale is what keeps the warranty alive.
What you get
- +Gas sizing calculated, not assumed
- +Isolation valve kit included
- +Floor space back in the garage or closet
The honest caveat
A tankless unit undersized on gas will short-cycle and fail early. If your line cannot carry it and the upsize is not practical, we will recommend a tank instead.
