Pressure Regulator Replacement
Testing static pressure at the hose bib and replacing a failed pressure-reducing valve before high pressure takes out the water heater and the supply lines.

Street pressure in parts of the valley runs well over 100 psi. The regulator is the only thing between that and your fixtures, and it is the cheapest part in the whole system to replace.
We test before and after with a gauge you can watch. It takes a minute and it settles the argument.
What you get
- +Gauge reading before and after
- +Protects the heater, the toilets, and every supply line
- +Often the real cause of chronic running toilets
