Slab Leak Repair
Repair of a pressurised line leaking under the foundation, either by rerouting the run overhead or by opening the smallest possible access.
There are two honest options. Open the slab at the leak, or abandon the run and reroute it above. Which one is cheaper depends on the flooring, the run, and how many leaks this pipe has already had.
A copper line under a slab that has leaked twice will leak a third time. At that point rerouting is the cheaper answer even though the invoice is bigger.

The honest caveat
Post-tension slabs cannot be cut without an engineer's location work. If your foundation is post-tension we reroute, full stop.
