Full replacement of the supply plumbing in copper or PEX, permitted and inspected, with drywall patched and textured.
Almost every house in the valley built before 1970 has galvanized steel supply lines, and they close up from the inside. Low pressure at the far bathroom is the first symptom people notice.
The quote covers the whole job: pipe, permits, inspection, drywall patch, and texture. A repipe quote that stops at the pipe is roughly half a quote.

Do we have to move out?+
No. We work in zones and turn the water back on every evening.
Copper or PEX?+
PEX is faster, cheaper, and handles hard water well. Copper still wins in exposed runs and where a future buyer will ask. We will price both.
The honest caveat
Homes built before 1980 may have asbestos in the wall texture. Where we suspect it, testing comes before demolition, not after.
